Neil Rathmell’s new play, Rough Sleepers, is set in an overgrown graveyard outside a disused chapel. Just the place for a ‘gentleman of the road’ to take shelter for the winter with only the quiet sleepers in their graves for company. The vicar makes him welcome, but some of her parishioners take a different view.
Just right for the Hallowe’en season, with humour and pathos, thunder and lightning, birdsong, music and pyrotechnics!
This is the third time Leeds Arts Centre has premiered one of Neil Rathmell’s plays.
Tickets for Rough Sleepers are on sale now, available from the City Centre Box Office in the Town Hall and, before performances, from the Carriageworks Box Office in the Electric Press building on Millennium Square. Please call in person, or telephone 0113 376 0318.
